Promotion terms and discount basis
If you place a legally binding order between 31 October 2026 and 9 November 2026, you receive a 5% Halloween discount on your move, provided that the discount is included in the specific quotation. The order date counts, rather than the moving date.
The discount promotions advertised by us apply to this quotation only to the extent that the discount is included in the quotation. This requires the amount of any discount, expressed both as a percentage and as an absolute amount, to be included in the itemised list of services. A discount cannot be granted retrospectively for an order that does not include a discount.
For moves by land (service: land freight removal), discounts apply to the entire quoted price. For moves involving sea freight (service: sea freight removal), discounts apply to the quoted loading price (origin service, loading of an overseas shipping container).
Discounts do not apply to additions to the order, fees or storage charges.
The discount offer applies only if a legally binding order is placed within the applicable discount period.
